CHEWY PECAN CLUSTERS
Toast pecans in a 250 degree oven for 30 minutes.
1/2 stick margarine
1 pkg dates 1 pkg white chocolate chips
2 cups small marshmallows
2 cups Crispy Rice (Rice Krispies or Generic brand)
1-1/2 cups pecans
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add dates and heat until softened.
Add chips and marshmallows, stir until melted.
Take off heat. Add crispy rice and pecans. Mix all together.
Shape into cookies as soon as they are cool enough to handle.
