CORN CASSEROLE
From the Kitchen of Denise Shaw
Ingredients:
1 can cream-style corn
1/3 cup plain corn meal
1/2 cup Crisco oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 oz.) can Old El Paso Chilies, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 onion, chopped
4 oz. Velvetta cheese
Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for
20 to 25 minutes or until it sets in middle.
