SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE
Mix by hand in order given below:
2 cups sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon soda
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Mix all and pour in ungreased and unfloured 9x13 Pyrex dish.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
Have icing ready.
Remove cake from oven and mix the following
with electric mixer and ice the cake:
1 large softened cream cheese
1 stick oleo, melted (soft)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Contains no oil and no eggs....
