Please note: Online credit card payments are taken through PayPal. If you are not already a PayPal member, a small additional fee may be charged to your credit card, which PayPal will refund when you send them a membership number which will appear on your credit card statement.
The PayPal software is a bit US-specific. It will mention shipping charges and state taxes, but no taxes are charged and postage and packing is ordered as a separate item on this form
