It would be a good idea to take the brakes off too. Then, take old t-shirts and wrap them around the bottom of the fork and tape them with some good old electrical tape (the grey kind). Then go find a trampoline in your town, and just start jumping. You will improve your talents guaranteed.
Q: Hey, I just checked out your magazine and it is great. I am a producer for a show called Real TV and I was wondering...How do I find cool BMX footage to feature on our show? Do your reporters shoot video as well as stills?
A: I am sure that we've all seen your show here at Plus! (kiss ass noises). We often see things that would make your ratings go through the roof but we only capture these crazy feets of humanity through stills. The only real way to get these things on film is to go to the places they ride, watch and wait. Money and food can also help in the bribing process.

Q: Hi, I'm a 15 year old street and dirt rider. I noticed that a couple of riders have the chain and sprocket on the left of their bikes. I was wondering how you can change it from the right side to the left side. I need to know this because buying sprockets every month from hitting it when I grind.
A: Your best bet is to learn how to grind correctly, if top pros can grind on the left side, why can't you? And what will happen when you start to get good and doing opposite grinds, switch everything back? Practice makes perfect, and if you must, buy a tougher drive train, it's heavy, but it works.
