Product Reviews | Snafu Rimjobs
The Snafu Seat is very comfortable, it costs between 20 and 30 bucks and it is well worth it. It looks really cool and it comes in a variety of colors. What else can I say about a seat?
Snafu Rallye Grips | ||||||||||||
I have the freestyle grips and they're really good. you can buy them for $17 which includes the grips and the cork bar ends, which is a great deal. I suggest to buy the grip/bar ends package cuz the bar ends cost $16 by themselves. These are good grips if you are experiencing blistering on your hands. They do shed though, but I like that cuz it leaves a smooth grippy tread that leaves a comfortable place to put your hands.
Snafu Seat (thanx Joe) | ||||||||||||
A rimjob is when you lick an asshole. This tire does not. In fact, this tire rocks. Costing from 15-20 bucks, this tire is a pretty good deal. It has a Kevlar inside, a nice tread, and is inflatable to 130 psi!
Primo V-grips: Primo makes the best grips for hand-to-grip use. I've used them for 6 months which is very good for such a comfortable grip. Many harder grips, like the knucklebone, claim to last longer but they take a toll on your hands. these grips are used by alot of pros and most of them aren't affiliated with Primo. They just like the feel of the grips. Profile 3-piece: There are 3 different types of profile cranks made for bmx. The regular chromoly, DJ (dirt jumping), and the SS. The SS is a super beefy crank, and I've never seen anyone ride it. The DJ has SS arms and a regular bottom bracket. I've only heard of a few people that use it. The regular chromoly comes in black or chrome and a variety of sizes. It has a lifetime warranty too. Unless you're over 210 lbs., stick with the regular. Primo 3-piece: Although they are beefier than the profile, these cranks have aluminum arms. I would wait for the 100% chromoly crank to come out. These cranks are the favorite for cranksliders and crank flippers like Jim Cielinski. Diatech Hombres: Used with the fiesta pack, these are the best U-brakes around in my opinion. They offer chain clearance For those who use smaller gear ratios, the brake pads offer alot of room for adjustment, the brake arms are beefy, and they work well even if your rims are wet in the rain. Alot of people are switching to Odyssey Evolvers but from what I've heard and experienced, they are not as good as the hombres. |
