Trinidad Coopman del Río was born in Santiago, Chile, on April 21st, 1976. In 1992 she moved to the United States with her mother. An innate Artist, she started drawing and painting at a very early age. In 1997 she took drawing classes at "Corcoran School of Art", in Washington, D.C.

She has participated in several exhibits in the Washington area, including three with the Art Group of the Organization of American States; one sponsored by the Embassy of Chile, the Adams Morgan Festival, LatinVIP's first and second "Arte del Corazón" exhibit, and "La Lengua de Cervantes" bookstore, among others.

Some of her drawings have been shown and put for bidding in "Sothebys" Auction House's web page. In October 2003 she had her first solo exhibit at "Resource Center for Activism and Arts", sponsored by "ParaEsoLaPalabra" group. From December 2003 - January 2004 she displayed her artwork at "Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library".

She is currently completing her B.A. in Psychology at George Mason University, belongs to the Executive Committee of "ParaEsoLaPalabra" group and collaborates for LatinVIP.
