Dear Club leader:

It is my unfortunate duty as JCM Secretary to inform you that your club has been recommended for either probationary status or total loss of club status. For some clubs this is due to inactivity, for others it is due to unadvertised events, possibly resulting in low attendance, and for others it may be due to a lack of information.

The JBS will be meeting on Monday, April 9 at 8:00pm in the Board Room. If you would like the JBS to reconsider your club’s recommended status, please come to the meeting. If you are unable to attend this meeting, please send me a note explaining why your club should receive a different rating, and then attend the JCM on Wednesday, April 11 at 8:00 in the JCR. Our intent is not to punish people, but to give some clubs a warning that they need to reinvigorate their activities.

Below is a list of all clubs recommended for a downgrade in status and a brief explanation of why each decision was made. I suspect that I will see you on Monday.
