BE IT RESOLVED that we form a committee consisting of both Heads of College, and 2 male and 2 female members at large elected at the TCM and SHCM respectively, which will make a recommendation to the JCM regarding the success or failure of the trial of men living at Saint Hilda’s.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that by December 19, this committee will publicly outline the terms of reference by which it will establish the success or failure of the trial.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that by February 15, this committee will hear from any and all members of the College Community who give fair warning of wanting to make a presentation.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for any JCM on or after March 11, the committee will be prepared to submit a report, and that the JCM will then present a final decision to the Provost and/or any relevant committee as the informed opinion of the students of Trinity College.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the committee produces a minority report, then both the majority and minority reports will be discussed in full by the JBS before submittal to the JCM.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this committee not be construed so as to replace any elected student representation on any relevant committee that the Provost or this College should form.
