They are looking to hear what the college thinks about student governance. If anyone has any suggestions they must be submitted by 12 pm on November 29th.

v.                   Catherine said that she was attempting to plan for next year and asked all the officers of the SHCM to keep a detailed record of what exactly their job entails and any problems or suggestions they might have to be able to give to their successor next year More information on this idea to come!

They announced that they would be hosting with UAAC and the Trinity Tea Society a night of “Hot Totties” and caroling around the other colleges.

i.                     Sunday night is the Advent Lessons and Carols service at 5pm with a reception to follow.

ii.                   ATS accreditation happens next week and members of ATS will interview faculty and students- will not affect undergrads.

iii.                  Undergrads have complained about feeling unwelcome at church services, the reason this possibly occurs is because the services are used as a form of class for the Divinity students- efforts will be made to ensure that this does not continue.

ii.                   She is asking for a total of $226.48 more in money for HofC Suite Provisions, and a new printer cartridge.

Discussion:

Tiff: Did you advertise movie nights?

-         Yes, an announcement was put on the White Board in St. Hilda’s, Catherine did not advertise in Strachan because she was not sure if the women of college would appreciate men partaking in the St. Hilda’s movie nights.

-         It was suggests the advertisements be put on female floors at Trinity.

-         A poster should be put on the Non-Res office door.

-         Kelly says that more money for Catherine is a good idea as having

-         Snacks, and dinks is a great and gets everyone involved. Furthermore she agrees that the college should buy Catherine a new printer cartridge (as per her amended budget).
