Cherry pie isn't as good as apple pie, right Ace?

Well, it's pretty obvious that this CD is nothing but a marketing ploy by the WWF to make more guaranteed revenue. As a result, this CD is nothing but the theme songs for wrestlers. Not that I mind, of course. Being a wrestling mark, It was only a matter of time before I actually got this CD. Even though it cost twice as much here as it does there (A$29.95). Damn exchange rate. Damn GST. John Howard can go jump of the Harbour Bridge for all I care.

THIS MAN IS A BASTARD.

But enough about that crap. This CD contains "Original arena entrance theme songs of the World Wrestling Federation Superstars you've heard from TV"

1."THE GAME" Triple H
2."ROWDY" K-Kwik
3."IF YOU DARE" Tazz
4."IT JUST FEELS RIGHT" Lita
5."OUT OF THE FIRE" Kane
6."LATINO HEAT" Eddie Guerrero
7."I'VE GOT IT ALL" Billy Gunn
8."WHAT ABOUT ME" Raven
9."WHO I AM" Chyna
10."MEDAL" Kurt Angle
11."BAD MAN" Rikishi
12."SHOOTER" Chris Benoit
13."TURN IT UP" Too Cool
14."PIE" The Rock (Recording Debut)

If you're a fan of the WWF, then you should know what to expect. However, there are a few little things that you notice when you hear the album as opposed to hearing it on TV. Things like Lita whispering throughout her theme music (which, incidentally, has the same effect on me as a porn video) and the chanting in Raven's music are a couple of things that you don't expect to hear.

All in all, this is a fairly good album. But, seeing as this album debuted at #2 on the US charts, this review is pretty much a moot point. Makes you wonder why I even bothered. Oh yeah, it was so you wouldn't be subjected to another of my comics. Be grateful.

*SUPRE MEGA BONUS FEATURE!!!1*

I actually haven't listened to "PIE" yet, so I haven't passed judgement. Apart from the "Pie = pussy metaphor" and "Eating pie = SUPER FUNNY PUSSY EATING JOKE!!11." So, I'm about to listen to the song and pass judgement on it RIGHT NOW. Here goes.....

OK, then. It wasn't as awful as I thought it would be. It was actually fairly humourous. Any reference to Chinese people is funny in my book. But Rocky continually telling us he is the greatest grates on your nerves a little bit. Overall, not bad for his debut.

So, in keeping with the lame endings to all music reviews on this site, WWF Volume 5 rules, and the other music reviews here are GAY GAY GAY. Yeah, I'd parody the Linkin Park review about now, but it's been done alrerady. Damn you Seru.
