| Below you will find a list of our official rules. These rules may change or be added to from time to time according to the needs of the group. If you have any questions about any particular rule, please feel free to email the group owner, Ruth. |

1. Membership - who is eligible Membership is generally by invitation only. However, there may be exceptions. From time to time I receive requests from people that have visited our site or a site of one of our members. When this happens, their request letter will be posted to the email list and all members will be asked for their opinion about allowing that particular person to join. This will be a group decision and majority will decide whether or not to accept this person into the group. |

2. Joining our email list. It is required that all members join our group email list. This may be accomplished by going to our group list site at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AngelsAngelsAngels/ and then clicking on the "Join this group" link. |

3.Posting to our email list. You may post whatever you like to our email list. The choice is yours. However, if you choose to send something a little on the "shady" side you are required to add the word "adult" in the subject line. This is so that members who do not care for this type of thing may have the choice not to read it if so desired. Exception: If you have a personal problem with another member, please do not air your differences through our group email list. |

4. Checking In ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN EVERY 2 WEEKS BY POSTING A MESSAGE TO THE EMAIL LIST TO LET US KNOW THAT THEY ARE STILL AMONG US. We have had many members that never post even though they get the daily digest or individual mails. I am now asking that you check in so that we all know you are still alive and kicking. This will take effect beginning on October 1, 2002. You can make it nice and short and just say...I'm here...or you can give us any little news item about your life if you like. Exceptions: If for some reason you should find yourself unable to get to your computer for longer than a 2 week period, or twice a month, you make take a leave of absence. Possible qualifications are: Death in the family, extended illness, lengthy vacation, broken computer (please find a way to let us know about this one), relocating your home, etc. Please let the group owner know if you would like to take a leave of absence and what the estimated length of time will be. |

5. Email List Settings IT IS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO PLACE YOURSELF ON "NO MAIL" YOU MAY SET YOURSELF TO "SPECIAL NOTICES" AND STILL NOT RECEIVE A LOT OF Mail. I am asking this because I want everyone to receive any special notices sent out. By setting yourself to Special Notices, that is the only mail you will receive. You will not receive the everyday chit chat that goes through the list, but you will receive any mail with things you need to know, like updates and announcements. This should not be difficult for anyone, even if you are on vacation because you probably won't get more than a handful of messages that are special notices throughout the entire year. Exceptions: You may be set to "No Mail" if you qualify for a leave of absence. Refer to checking in rule #4. |

6. Updating your personal information If at any time you change your email address, your web site url or wish to add or subtract any other information such as a birthday or anniversary, please send an email to the group owner as soon as possible. You should keep this information current at all times. |

7. Password Protected Pages This is very important information and these pages were made to protect any and all private and personal information. It is imperative that you abide by these rules or you will be immediately dropped from the group and the password will be changed. You may obtain the user Id and Password only by contacting the group owner. DO NOT GIVE OUT THIS PASSWORD OR USER ID TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN OTHER MEMBERS. REFER THEM TO THE GROUP OWNER. DO NOT POST IT ON OUR GROUP LIST, IF YOU LOSE IT...OR SOMEONE DOESN'T HAVE IT.....SEND THE GROUP OWNER A PRIVATE EMAIL AND SHE WILL GIVE IT TO YOU. SEND TO: AAA Group Owner |
