REACT ... is there.  
In emergencies, reliable
communications are the lifeline for survival.
REACT is a public service organization comprised of private radio operators serving travelers and their communities alike with radio communications.  Member volunteers are dedicating to improving their communities by providing voluntary, two-way communications.  REACT Provides Local Law Enfocement agencies with instant information on traffic accidents, impaired drivers, and disabled motorists.  REACT provides organized weather reports to the National Weather Service through county SKYWARN systems.  Sheboygan County is is on call for the American Red Cross and Wisconsin Emergency Management Team for mobile command communications.  REACT also helps with community events, parades, and races.  REACT vehicles are equipped with two-way radios, Cellular phones, Police Scanners, and Ham Radio equipment.  Many team members are trained in First Aid, CPR, and vehicle rescue.
