How to Plant a Birdwing Vine
So
plant a Birdwing vine or even better more than one in case caterpillars get very hungry.Vines need sheltered position. Like semi-shade. Soil should be well drained and lightly mulched. Small, regular doses of fertiliser such as dynamic lifter are helpful. Soil should not be allowed to dry out completely. A trellis or support can help climbing.
