LEO DUSEK, 78, DIES SATURDAY

Services to Be Held on Monday for Pioneer Blacksmith Here.

Leo Dusek, pioneer Owatonna blacksmith and wagon maker, died while in sleep at his home, 514 1/2 North Cedar street, early Saturday morning. He was 78 years old.

Remains have been taken to the Brick-Hurdlik Funeral home, North Cedar street, where they will lie in state this afternoon. Funeral services will be held there Monday afternoon at 2:30, and will be conducted by Jay Spinler. Interment will be in the Bohemian National Cemetery.

Surviving are Mrs. (Mathilda) Dusek and two sons and six daughters, living in five states. They are John, who was associated with him in business and who has been operating it since his retirement; Mrs. J. White of Miami, Fla.; Mrs. C. Norman of Mankato; A. J. Wenger of Chicago; Mrs. W. Knesel of Cincinnati; Mrs. M. Buss of Santa Barbara, Calif.; Mrs. C. D. Paul of Austin, and Joseph Dusek in the navy for the past 20 years and now stationed in the Panama canal area.
