So... Warren's interview was today, this morning at 11am. He met with Robert, the final leg of his interview telethon! Robert and Warren met at the Cricket office just down the street from us. Warren said at first it was weird, like they weren't hitting it off. Then they sat down and talked. They seemed to hit it off real well. Warren stated that he felt this was the best interview he's ever had, basically because Robert didn't just ask him what Warren can bring to Cricket or do for Cricket. He wanted to know what the last book Warren read was. They dove into Home Theater talk as well. Warren called me after his interview and said he was sweating like crazy, he was so nervous. Well then Robert told Warren that he couldn't tell Warren  he got the job "TODAY", and he kept saying that. He told Warren he was his first pick, and he is the #1 guy in line for this job. Dean, Gale, Robert and Suzan are all for Warren. He said Warren would get a phone call from someone to tell him "whether or not he has the job" by the end of the week or beginning of next week.  But he kept stressing to Warren he was the top pick. So basically, Warren is the newest employee at Cricket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing as of now that is in conflict is the salary and whether or not he gets a sign on bonus. Robert seemed to think the salary would be much less that Suzan had told Warren, but said HR (Human resources) which is Suzan, has the say in that. So I assume he'll have the pay scale Suzan told him, and Robert might just not know. I dunno. All I do know is, we're moving home! We need to get as much help from family and friends as we can get. Obviously we don't have the official report that Warren got it,  but from what Robert said, we know he does.
