Artist statement : This is my 1st painting when I moved to Jakarta on April 2005.
It takes a lot of time to finish this painting. This painting is in the same series as the other 2 painting
( see On the way and Praise the Lord ). This is the children I saw at Bali, they are praying after dance class, in a cloudy
afternoon. It is so beautiful and peace, so I decide to paint them with their expression.
Seeing this painting always make me remember about a beautiful life,
always share with others and grateful thinking.
I finally finished it at the middle of September 2005, I hope you like it too.
