Alright, Make a patern that looks like this. Click here. Make it to your liking, then cut it out of styrene.
Draw out 3 small strips, about 3 cm from the edge of the top and bottom, and about 1 cm thick on the grill and cut them out. I would suggest using an exacto knife.

Now if you put it on, you'll be able to see your arm through the slits, so, cut out a piece that looks just like this, but with craft foam and no slits, and glue it underneath.
After that, make a patern for under your arm. Make it kind of like this... Click here.
But make it how ever you want, because this piece isn't that hard. Make sure you can move your arm easily though, and make sure it does not hurt.
When you are done both pieces, paint them sliver.
Now this is a bit tricky. So ask someone to help you. Ask who ever is helping you to hold the two pieces on your arm the way you want them, then use a pencil to mark where you need to drill holes onto the bottom piece.
Make sure to double check before drilling.
(NOTE: The pieces you made to go around your arm may not be rounded to fit your arm, so to make them curvy, put them on a paint can and hold it on with elastic bands over night)
After you have drilled all the holes, put snaps on them, then attach them together.

When you are done, it should look like this. Click here, and here.
To make the Elbow, cut out a patern like this. Click here, then cut it out of styrene. Make sure it's as big as your elbow.
Cut out 2 strips like this. You'll use those to glue the 2 slits together from the inside, so no one will see.
You may need something to clamp them down so they can dry.
Get some of the elastic that is 2 inches wide and cut out a piece to go around your elbow.
But before you glue the elastic on the inside, paint it silver.
It should look something like this when you are done.
