Buttercup's a little firecracker. She'll punch first and ask questions later (or better yet, let Blossom ask the questions). Unlike her sisters, she can often be a brat when she doesn't get her way. The most obvious example of this is when she picks fights over who should be the leader with Blossom. She tends to fight mostly with Bubbles though, picking on her for being too girlie and teasing her for being a crybaby. Despite Buttercup's rough outside, she has a tender heart that she almost lost to Ace of the Gangrene Gang. Her fiery nature and isn't always just to be mean though, it's also a powerful tool for the Powerpuff Girls. Blossom and Bubbles need someone who loves them but is tough on them and on others, or else they would both drown in their own sweetness. Her facial expression is not that of an angry little girl, but one of determination to let justice prevail. Buttercup enjoys practicing her boxing moves, playing tag, cooking for the family, playing bass for the Powerpuff Trio, teasing Bubbles, and playing jacks with her sisters.
