Old business

1. Christmas party report was given. Those who were absent for the party were given certificates and club hay bags.

2. Election of officers was held. A new position of Historian was created. The Historian will take pictures and create a club scrapbook.

New business

1. Educational Corner will be assigned to members who volunteer each month. They will plan and present an educational activity or game. They may create a puzzle or worksheet for members to do. The volunteer will earn 4 points and members who complete and turn in any handouts will earn 2 points.

2. New members were given enrollment forms and all members received point sheets which need to be signed by parents and returned.

3. Members need to mark calendars for July 21 & 22 which is when County Interviews will be held at the Extension Office in the court house.

4. 4-H work books should be continued until a member has finished all of the to-do section items.

5. The next meeting will be Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. at High Pointe farm.
