Richard E. Miller III
Rick joined Troop 14 in 1988 and earned his Eagle in January of 1994, distinguishing himself as our 20th Eagle Scout. He also served Troop 14 as an Assistant Scoutmaster.
For his Eagle Project, Rick planned and led the installation of the kindergarten and elementary playgrounds at the Marlton Elementary and Marlton Middle Schools. Despite the arrival of damaged materials and late delivery that necessitated an extsension from National, Rick and his team successfully completed the projects in December of 1993.
