The Ouachita Trek

The Ouachita Trek is a Pawnee Bill District Adventure Trek that occurs each Spring. Scouts explore the back country of the Ouachita National Forest in Eastern Oklahoma and Western Arkansas on a four-day backpacking adventure. Treks are graded from beginner to advanced and are an excellent first experience for these Scouts. It is also good preparation for more adventurous trek in at Philmont, Tres Ritos and other sites.
