It is at the southern end of Rains County Road 1540 off of ST 276 that links Quinlan to Emory. See below.

If headed east on ST 276, go one mile east of Two Mile Bridge to Rains County Road 1540. If you cross the bridge over Oak Cove, you have gone too far.

Camp Harlow

Go North on 69 towards Celeste. Just after the community of Kellogg , turn left on Fm 2194. Go West on 2194 for almost three miles. Camp Harlow is on the right side of the road.
