Troop 409 would like to thank Paul Olson, Director of Production at Air Graphics in Boston, MA for his generous donation of materials and time to produce our 2004 Cookbook. The cookbook is being used to raise funds that the Troop desperately needs of all of our activities. Thanks Paul!

Dale Gagnon is truly a friend of Troop 409. Dale took time out on a busy weekend last fall to spend the day on the USS Salem with the scouts and to teach them about Amateur Radio. The scouts camped out on the ship and participated in many activities, but the demonstration that Dale gave stuck out as the most fun and informative activity in their minds. Thanks Dale!

Palmer Gas/Ermer Oil
A BIG thank you goes to Bill Ermer of Palmer Gas/Ermer Oil of North Salem, NH for donating two propane gas canisters and fittings for our tanks so that we could use our gas trees with them. He was very responsive to our request for new tanks and took it upon himself to get the fittings for the tanks so that we could vertically connect our gas trees to them. He even filled the tanks for us. We would have had to buy the tanks ourselves and probably would have had to buy new trees in order to have them connect vertically to the tanks, he saved us alot of precious troop money, not to mention the time involved in going to the store to buy these items. Bill, you are truly a "Friend of Troop 409"!
