We had a great meeting today. We were able to get a lot of things done and we made a lot of decisions. Meghan, Charlotte, Mariana, and Lena were there for the whole meeting. Danielle was there for the important parts,  and we missed Katie. After our pizza dinner, we tried to get down to business. We made decisions about the cake, what we're doing for the ceremony, and our T-shirts and what we're wearing to the event. We finished the picture frames. We also have some of our publicity work figured out. Everyone is in charge of contacting a newspaper or someone else. We need to meet sometime next week, possibly on Saturday. We'll do a walk through of the camp and check out the site. Also, we'll work out the T-shirts. We'd really like to make them purple with silver lettering.

Money is coming in. We've almost half-way paid for the placque. With all of our other expenses, we're going to need another sourse of money. We'd like to have a bake sale in the in fall. The Washingting Past has agreed to consider featuring our bake sale, if we have it in the fall. This would be great publicity for the sale and would probably mean that we'd generate even more revenue. It would delay our getting the Silver Award until fall, but that's alright. We already have all the hours that we need. Check for emails about getting together next Saturday.
