So you are considering joing Troop 5? Before you make up your mind, we ask that you seriously consider this option. A few things to consider are:

1. Do I live in the Charleston, WV area?
2. Can I get to the meetings in under a half-hour?
3. Am I serious?
4. Do I need directions?
5. Can someone take me?
6. Do I think i'll like it?

I will try to answer all your questions in this next paragraph. First, the Troop meets on every Wednesday night at 7:15pm, and the meeting continues until 8:45pm. Another thing, we are located at First Presby Church. If you need directions please email me. There are also other Troops in the area, so if you cannot make it to the meetings on time, you can try another Troop. Before you begin to come you may ask yourself, am I serious? Well if you aren't 100% sure Boy Scouts is your thing, then come by one Wednesday night, and be a vistor. This will give you a very good impression of what Troop 5 is like. I recommend visiting your first time and see if you like it. This is what many people do.It is up to you to find a ride, either by parents or guardians, or if you know a friend who is in the Troop who can give you a ride. And finally I strongly believe you will enjoy the Troop 5 experience!!
