Alaskathon, 2000

The Alaskathon is an winter triathalon designed to challenge scouts 15 and older. The scouts were required to traverse the course wearing snow shoes and fire a rifle, shoot a bow and arrow and navigate the Giant's Ladder on the C.O.P.E. course. The winner is determined by the shortest elapsed net time, after compensating for rifle and archery scores.

Troop 72's Paul F. and Rich B. competed in the 2000 Alaskathon.
