LITTERBOX GRIDS FOR RABBITS
The
litterbox grids for rabbits are made only to fit the
PETMATE litterboxes for cats. I use exclusively the PETMATE brand because
the side panels are in a straight line, and obtain a tight fit. They can either be made of ½ x ½ inch 16 gauge Galvanized Steel or
Stainless Stell as desired (the higher cost of
stainless steel is due to the cost of the material and not the labor). The height of the grids will be made
accordingly to your request. PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE LITTERBOX ITSELF IS
NOT INCLUDED. It can easily be obtained
at all Canadian or US pet stores.

CUSTOM MADE GRID
This
is a container obtained at a store that caters to restaurants. The box is made of high quality plastic, and
measures 17 ¾ x 12 x 5 ¾ “. I made a 1
2/3 inch tall grid. I particularly like this type of box, as it takes less room
in my cages and provides ample room for large bunnies. It also has a large and thick lip on top of
the edges to avoid chewing. Although
very pricey, this was a vey good investment. Price upon request.
