Summary- Seiyo Kou, at first is the type of guy who seems pretty childish and arrogant and in a way...he is. *grins* But he's a really sweet and kind guy. Seiya is very talented in many ways. He joined the high school football team and is a lead vocalist of the very popular idol group, The Three Lights. *grins* For him, it is almost love at first sight when he sees Usagi...unfortunately, Usagi doesn't seem to have the capability to figure that out. *grins* ^^.
As Sailor Star Fighter, Seiya Kou turns into a...ahem, female, just like the other Star Lights. She is a very good fighter (about equal to Haruka's ability) and has very strong attacks. He...er...she (oh...who cares) came to Earth in search for Princess Fireball.

Well, in case you can figure that out, the Three Lights are from another planet (which is probably the reason why the outer senshi don't trust him) except their planet was destroyed by Galaxia.
Since there is no Princess Fireball bio yet, I'll just put the interesting facts about her, here. First of all, Princess Fireball is almost as powerful as Princess Serenity. And second, in the manga, just lik Sailor Moon, Princess Fireball lost her lover to Galaxia.
