Left click on the thumbnail to display the whole picture.

On the thumbnail: Right click and choose "Save Link As..." (Netscape) or "Save Target As..." (MSIE).
On the whole picture: Right click and choose "Save Image As..." (Netscape) or "Save Picture As..." (MSIE).
