Rick Come
Rick has been involved with writing and recording
music since his late teens and has over 19 years of experience in
the industry. His first endeavor began as a favor to a friend who
needed a rhythm guitar player so he could practice his leads. Rick
played in many garage and bar bands in the mid 80's, most of which
were remnants of neighborhood kids who grew up together. Perhaps
the most notorious of which was the Duncan Station Band, made up
of Rick, his brother Chuck, and Darren and Kevin Geyer (if the Geyer
name sounds familiar, their father was one of the original Vogues
- Hugh Geyer). This band played out frequently and recorded their
own music. Rick also writes short stories and poetry. Most notable
of his accomplishments are publications of original written poetry
and short stories in High School and College. Rick's current project
CD of Rock and Alternative should be available in the Fall of 2001.
