Popcorn Sales

    New this year * * The Council has switched from Trails End to Campmasters Popcorn products * *

    Unit Popcorn Sales Coordinator Kickoff and Training Meetings are now scheduled. Unit Reps can attend any of the following:

    1. Wednesday, September 8 at 7:30PM (Golden Gate District hosts) West Portal Lutheran Church (200 Sloat Blvd., San Francisco).
    2. Thursday, September 9 at 6:30PM (Peralta District hosts) BSA Youth Leadership Training Center (1001 Davis Street, San Leandro).
    3. Thursday, September 9 at 6:30PM (Twin Valley District hosts) Sheriff's Training Facility (6289 Madigan Rd., Dublin).
    4. Thursday, September 9 at 7:00PM (hosted by Mission Peak District) Latter-day Saints Church (810 Walnut Ave., Fremont).
    5. Tuesday, September 14 at 7:30PM (Tres Ranchos District hosts) BSA Youth Leadership Training Center (1001 Davis Street, San Leandro).
    6. Wednesday, September 15 at 7:30PM (Council Make-up/Final Show-N-Sell Order Date) BSA Youth Leadership Training Center (1001 Davis Street, San Leandro).


    Be sure to place your Show and Sell orders (booth sales) at the kick-off meeting to ensure the product is available for pick-up on the designated date. After the Show N Sell sales conclude, accounts must be closed and monies forwarded to the Council on "Super Tuesday" (November 2 at the YLTC).

    From November 20 - 30: Scouts deliver the Take Order popcorn to customers and collect money to be turned in to the Unit Coordinator by November 30.

    December 1 - 10: Scouts' Prizes shipped to unit popcorn coordinators.
