1.     The purchaser will have the puppy evaluated by a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.

2.     The puppy(s) will be in good general health at the time of sale. The purchaser will have 72 hours from the time of sale to return the puppy (and all paperwork) for a full refund, PROVIDED that the puppy is returned in the same general health condition as at the time of sale.

3.     All costs (shipping, handling, veterinarian, warranty replacement, and etc) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4.     The purchaser agrees that the puppy/dog will never be confined with a chain, leash or similar restraint. (Example: no keeping the dog in the backyard by tying it to a tree, or chaining it to the dog house).

5.     The purchaser agrees that the sole purpose of purchasing this animal is as a family pet, and/or working dog.

6.    This animal will never be used for the sole purpose of breeding more dogs.

7.     “Sole purpose of breeding” is, in general, defined as the puppy/dog spending the majority of the day confined, with minimal human interaction.

8.     The puppy/dog will never be bred or crossbred with wolves, wolf hybrids or coyotes.

9.     The puppy/dog will never be bred or used in any manner relating to sport dog fighting.

10.     The puppy is guaranteed to be free from Dermoid Sinus’ for 1 year after the original purchase date. If during this 1-year period, a puppy/dog is confirmed as having a Dermoid Sinus condition by a veterinarian of TRR’s choosing, the puppy will be replaced by another TRR puppy of TRR’s choosing.

11.     The purchaser agrees that should the purchaser (or his/her agents) violate this contract, the seller ( Trueblood Rhodesian Ridgeback) and/or its agents may confiscate and take immediate ownership of the puppy/dog without notice. Furthermore, the purchaser agrees to immediately pay Trueblood Rhodesian Ridgebacks a cash amount in the value of three times any gross income generated by willfully breaking this contract.

12.     All warranties are applicable only to the original purchaser.

13.     In the event that the purchaser transfers ownership or possession of the puppy/dog to another individual or organization, the purchaser and the new owner(s) agree that, with exception of the warranties, this contract shall remain in force and transfer with the puppy/dog.

14.     No other warranties are stated or implied.

15.    Under no circumstances will Trueblood Rhodesian Ridgeback’s (TRR’s) liability ever be greater than a replacement TRR puppy of TRR’s choosing.

16.     Each provision of this contract is severable. If a court should find any provision of this Agreement to be unenforceable, all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
