Everywhere You Wanna Go...

...is a state I've probably been to!

Dear lord almighty!  Living with a military family is rough!  I think I've moved so many times, that I've been about everywhere.  So, just to take out my aggressions, here's your chance to do what I wish I could have done.  Single out the U.S... and insert the state I've lived  in for most of my life (about 12 years).  Heck, you can do that now!  Click the U.S. now!

From the U.S. to the State of Washington

States I've been to and how:

(This could be long.  Warning!  *laughs*)

Washington:  Lived here for most of my life.  12 years total.  Among the places I lived are Ft. Lewis, Fairchild AFB, Lynnwood, and Spokane.  Family also lives here at Puyallup and Graham.  This is my home state.

Oregon:  Traveled through here.  I went down the coast on highway 101, making a stop once to rest.  We traveled to Pendleton to visit relatives.

California:  Lived here for 2 years at Moffet Field Navel Base and San Jose.  Also traveled a lot through here on 101, making stops in San Francisco and Monterey.

Arizona:  Traveled through to get to Texas.   I was really young during this time.

New Mexico:  Traveled through to get to El Paso, Texas.  Too young to remember much.

Texas:  Visited here many times.  Made major stop at El Paso, Texas, where my relatives lived.

Idaho:  Been here many times, including trips to north of Couer d'Alene to Silverwood Theme Park, and for fireworks on one Fourth of July.  Also a major traveled through state.

Montana:  Libby is the major city I went to throughout the time in Montana, where my dad's side of the family calls home.

Wyoming:  Yellowstone Park was visited during one of our long road trips.  Also traveled through (and learned that my mom has a lead foot... she went 90 mPh down the freeway!)

South Dakota:  Major traveled through state.  Visited Wall (a traditional stop when going down I-90 through South Dakota) and also stopped north of Grand Rapids to visit Mt. Rushmore.

Kansas:  Just a state traveled through.

Missouri:  State traveled through.  Some good friends in Waynesville, which have been visited.

Iowa:  A state traveled through, plus some of my mom's side of the family live here.

Illinois:  Traveled through only briefly.

Kentucky:  Home, sweet home, for four years.  Lived in Hopkinsville for a year, and Ft. Campbell for three.  (Learned to hate country music for four years.  Thank god I don't live there anymore... not enough rock stations!)

Tennessee:  A given that I've been there many times.  Visitied Nashville and Opryland, as well as the Grand 'Ol Opry.  Traveled through to get to Georgia.  Clarkesville was just as important.

Alabama:  Went to Space Camp here, in Huntsville.  Exciting experience!

Georgia:  Went here for medical reasons for my dad.  Very interresting place, especially in Atlanta.  (I have fond memories of passing the sign for the 1996 Summer Olympics that said "Only 1 year, and four days!")

Ohio:  Medical reasons for dad in Dayton.  Not much else... Cincinnati is actually not a truly humongous city.
