Rules
Fics eligible are those submitted by June 20.
Incomplete fics as well as complete fics will be judged.
Incomplete Fics can only be considered for these categories:
best Author
Best Original Character
Best Characterization of Ripper/V.Willow
Best Characterization of W/G
Best Line
Best Scene
A Committee of 9 people will be nominating the fics.
Each committee member has 3 days to choose their top three for each category.
Then, after all the fics for that category are nominated, the committee has 2 more days to choose their top five fics for that category.
The top five with the most votes are the nominated fics for that category.
No one on the commitee may nominate their own fic.
No one on the committee may vote for their own fic in the nomination process and the open voting process.
Open Voting:
The open voting occurs after all the categories are completed. After that, the voting is open to everyone.
If you are an author nominated, you cannot vote in the category you are nominated in.
Voting will be monitored to avoid multiply voting by people.
Awards ceremony will be announced.
