Just a couple rules to follow before you apply okay?
-> If you do not like your review, don't come crying to me or report me to neopets, because applying to be reviewed means that you can handle a little critism. If too many people complain then I'll just delete this guild okay?
-> I will not accept guilds that have no definite layout (e.g. images everywhere, nothing organized, etc)
-> I will not accept guilds that have 3 or less members..sorry, it obviously means that it's not good enough then.
-> If you link me in your guild somewhere, I'll give you bonus points :D
-> In the application form, under 'comments', put 'i want 20/23' to prove you have read the rules
-> You must show SOME knowledge of html/css etc.
-> Your guild must NOT link or have anything to do with hate, rascism or porn.
-> If you annoy me, you will lose points (e.g., neomail me every 5 seconds, etc)
-> It will be marked like this:
10 points for advertisment
20 points for guild frontpage (e.g. the layout, the content, the neatness)
25 points for the guild content and what it has to offer
15 points for first impression
10 points for originality
10 points for activness
10 points for grammer/niceness (if you talk like '0m6 w3 h4v3 16 m3m84h2!' then you will get points off)
That comes to a total of 100 points, and I can give 5 bonus points if I like you :D
