Yes, this is the age when Trunks first appeared in DBZ! This is also the age where he killed Freeza(who was reconstructed by his father, King Cold, Freeza looks like a android if you ask me) and King Cold. And Goku returns home too! Trunks returns to his timeline when he gives Goku the antidote for the heart disease that killed Goku in Trunks' s future timeline. I think the most funniest part of this age was when Goku found out that Trunks is Bulma and Vegeta's son! Piccolo heard too(even though he was far away) and almost fell over. The comment that made me laugh was after Trunks left, when Piccolo said,"Our ears do more than frame our face you know." It doesn't hear funny but when you see the episode it is funny the way Piccolo says it!
