| Meanwhile, Trunks was worried sick about her. She was already missing for 5 hours and he couldn't detect her ki at all ! Suddently, she returned home, she looked half dead and was soaking wet and collapsed on the hard floor. She managed to tell Trunks, Autum kept her inside a tank that looked more like a giant test tube for about 3 hours, it took her 2 hours to go back home. He asked why she couldn't fly and she told him, out of exhaustion, that she was too tired to fly and she barely had any strength to jump. Trunks was going to put her inside the regeneration tank but he discoved a stone on her arm which looked like it was stuck on her arm. As soon as she was placed in the regeneration tank, he asked Bulma to find out what type of stone it was. Bulma had no idea what type of stone it was, but Shiroke mouthed out: Look inside my spell book. Trunks rushed to get her spell book and in 2 hours(it's a very long book) found that it was the stone Pydyte(said like Pie Die Tight) and it was very rare, but once put on a person... the person will have a contagious disease which will lead to a slow death. There was no cure for the disease. But of course that was about 7,000 years ago, there could be a cure now. Bulma took some samples and found out the jewel emits the disease into Shiroke every hour and she was already turning pale the next day. Vegeta had no idea what disease it was but had a idea. Maybe that jewel in her caster gown could heal her..... he had seen the gown only once but heard it was very powerful. Bulma managed to find the gown and unclipped the heavy blue/silver jewel from the gown. She had no idea how to use it's power so she just held it in frount of Shiroke like a magnet.. it didn't work. Hope was running out.... and all the saiyans/ family/ friends had no idea how to cure it.So Trunks paid a visit to Autum, by finding his ki. Trunks could have killed Autum, if he had not remembered only Autum knew about the jewel. He asked Autum if there was a cure and Autum handed him a formula of some sort. By the time he returned to CC, Shriroke already had tubes sticking out from her weak/almost dead body. He made her swallow it.. just like Autum said.. Trunks swore to himself that if Autum tricked him.. he would kill Autum. As soon as she swallowed it, she started having trouble breathing, and her heart beat was going faster than ever. It would be a matter of minutes before she died... they just revived her 5 months ago and now they would have to revive her again. None of the Z fighters minded if they had to collect the Dragon Balls regularly because she was their friend even if she did die alot of times. She didn't die though, she calmed down a while later, but she was in a deep coma. There was a slight chance she would ever wake up again.... and that was the time that Trunks rushed back to Autum with hatred. Autum was trying to flee town after he gave the "antidote"to him but Trunks quickly caught up with him. After a standoff, Trunks gave him one more chance, Shiroke didn't kill Autum after all those horrible things he did to her. In fact, she didn't even kill Tpar, who killed her later on. Autum gave him one more antidote saying that it would cure her, but when the antidote was given to her... she started getting worse. Bulma managed to heal Shiroke a little until the 2nd antidote was given to her and it seemed impossible to cure Shiroke even a little. Everyone tried to break that stone but it was too powerful... Gohan and Goku didn't want to risk a kamehameha because it could blow her arm off or even kill her instantly. So they tried small powerful ki attacks aimed in the center of the stone... it failed and the ki attacks bounced right off the stone. Bulma tried hammering it.. and it broke the hammer! Trunks was beyound furious at Autum, and he would kill Autum if Shiroke died. If she died more than 2 times(if she died right now, that would be her 3rd death) she would have to be revived by Porunga(the namek dragon) who could revive her infinite times. Suddently, she woke up barely alive but she said 3 words to Trunks "Kill me now....". The pain was unbearable and she would rather die than have everlasting pain in her. There was no cure, no hope, everyone knew that. Trunks had to refuse her request.. he couldn't kill her. No matter how much he tried... it was like killing himself in a way. Painkillers didn't work at all... they just made her feel more sick. Bulma took another blood sample and found out that slowly her internal organs would decompose and fail eventually because the disease would eat her inside then out. Already... half of her arm tissue was gone.. so she was slowly decomposing. She wanted to kill herself but she didn't have the strength. Tears were welling up in her eyes... it was too much for her to handel, she pleaded with everyone to kill her.. at least she wouldn't suffer. Bulma had to agree a little.. she would probably die anyway and they should follow a request from her. Trunks managed to think up a plan... if they could freeze her body and maybe break the stone off.. and kill the disease... she could live. She would be close to dying for 9 minutes then they would check up on her. It might work but they had to be careful..... 1 second could be failure. So they put the temperature to -75 degrees quickly so it would make her unconcious fast. Then they waited to see if the disease or stone was fading.. the stone was chiping a little. That was good news... so after a minute they took her out of the huge "freezer"and tried to break the stone. It chipped a little. Bulma took a dangerous step after for 20 seconds she put the temperature -124 degrees.... it was enough to freeze a saiyan under 1 inch of ice. They couldn't "thaw"her out quickly so a ki blast was done but not enough to hurt Shiroke. She was turning blue but slowly her color returned. One look at the stone, showed that in cracked in half. It was enough to just move Shiroke near the giant freezer and only put the stone inside it. A tiny piece of skin could be on the stone but it was better than getting herself frozen to death. After 2 minutes under -124 degrees, the stone cracked into tiny pieces, but Shiroke was unconcious from the temperature. She was in good condition so she could return home, everyone needed to get some rest anyway. Once she returned home, she was soaking wet from being under all that ice. Trunks didn't want to touch Shiroke, because he wasn't like Master Roshi. But she could get a cold, or worse and she was slowly recovering.So Trunks put dry clothes on her(she has waterproof spadex under her gi) but he did blush. 2 days later she awoke , but her arm felt like it got amputated, which it didn't. She was going to stand up until she realized she was to weak still. So she just levitated around her room, eventually going outside in her gi(she was wearing her gi when she awoke), and shocked Bulma. "Shiroke, you're too weak to be flying around, you should be resting!!", Bulma yelled at her. It did make Vegeta snicker because that was almost the same thing she told him when the gravity room exploaded and after he was in bandages, he went back to training. Shiroke was already way over rested, and spending more time "restīng" wouldn't help very much. So ignoring Bulma's warning, she went into the gravity room, to train. She was going to get lazy, she thought, she spent over 2 weeks not training. She was going to put the gravity on, until her hand reached a control. She opened the small box and saw 10 buttons, each indicating a different room. She pressed the living room, and she could see what was happening in the living room. But she read "In case of emergency"after she pressed the button. She closed the box and silently laughed to herself. As soon as she turned around, she saw Vegeta, who was snickering telling her that he had found the control first. Shiroke smiled, "Sounds like Vegeta trying to tell me what I'm too stupid to find". Autum on the other hand came up with another plan. |
