Training Grounds

Training Room - This is where you can Train
and Spar without Dieing.

Sparring Zone - You can die in here, You must train here to achieve SSJ, SHJ, AT1, SNJ, There is a chance you may die.

Planet Vegeta - You train in here when you are on Planet Vegeta and you will get a Bonus PL Increase.

Planet Frieza - You train in here when you are on Planet Frieza and you will get a Bonus PL Increase.

Spirit & Time Room - You can only Train here if you have trained under Mr. Popo and gained the Ability to use this room, this room is Training x2

King Kai's Planet - You can only train here when you die and are sent to Heaven.

Hell's Basement - You can only train here when you die and are sent to Hell.

Saibamen Training Room - Your Saibamen Train and Spar in here
