Story:
Dr. Gero created Cell with the image of the perfect fighter in his mind. He used cells taken from the most powerful fighters in the universe and put them together. He has three stages: Imperfect Cell which is his weakest form, Second Stage Cell, and Perfect Cell where he is his strongest. During his first two stages he went from city to city absorbing people and growing stronger. He bcomes complete when the moron Vegeta lets him absorb Android 17 and 18, which were made for the sole purpose of being absorbed by Cell, so Vegeta can prove that even in Cell's last form he is still no match for the all-non-mighty Vegeta. Cell becomes perfect and holds a competition for the greatest fighters in the world to come and challenge him. In the end Cell blows himself up thinking he would destroy the earth but Goku had something to say with it so he didn't after all.
