09.18.00-- Yep...I *did* get the comic that was supposed to be up on Friday done by Sunday. If you missed it, go to the previous comic linky on the main page. Friday's comic was the end of the deadseasquirrels/FCO crossover, so if you missed the whole thing, go to deadseasquirrels to catch the first part of the crossover, then back to FCO, then to dss, then back to FCO. Yeah, it's kinda complicated. I think we'll try to link the different comics together on their archive pages, so it's less work.
Today's comic was inspired by a true story related to me by the irascible Laura, one of my dear readers and a fellow gamer chick. :D Thanks, Laura!
Oh, boy do I got some hot linkage for you guys. First off, some new comics to hit the scene and give me a run for my money. That is, if I was making money off of this at all. :D Anyway, we've got Aimee Smith's new dealie-o, Ice Cream for Breakfast. It's cool, hip, and the art ain't half bad. By ain't half bad, I mean that it blows mine out of the water, and lot of other comic's art too. 'Course, what should we expect from an Art Wrangler (her actual title) at Oddworld? Next up is a loverly young woman by the name of Anjela Sheep. Her comic, Planet Zarquon, is quite tasty. So tasty, in fact, that I've managed to skip dinner and still feel nourished, merely by refreshing her site every minute or so. Filling! (P.S.: Anjela is a newlywed! Offer much congrats and hits to her site. :D) Now, I take you to a strange world, full of many enigmas and mysteries...could it be Conundrum Enterprises? The sprightly Miguel Santiago sent me this link, and even before I opened it I could sense the emanations of the unknown...then I clicked it, and who would have thought that the unknown could be so darn funny? Go see for yourself.
My last link for today is not a comic, but damn funny nonetheless. Lots of free time? Try this, but heed the warnings. Thanks for pointing that to me, Aaron! :D -Michelle
