08.03.00--     Oooookay, Geocities went down AGAIN.  This time not allowing me to update until one o'clock this afternoon.  I am SO getting off this server when I get back to school.  I'm getting it all worked out, gonna be smoooooooth.  : )

Folks, I gotta level with you.  This comic takes a lot of my time.  About three or four hours every night, depending on how complicated it is and if everything decides to work correctly.  And tonight, I just don't have the time.  I'm leaving for the other side of the United States on Sunday, and I don't have an itinerary, let alone a packing list or even any idea of where I'll be sleeping.  Tonight is going to be an intensive scouring of all available sources on San Francisco and Seattle (the two cities I'm visiting) so I can have something to work off of in the following two days.  Long story short, no comic tomorrow.  I apologize heartily, and I really feel terrible about it, but I just don't see any other way to do this and not be completely unprepared for this trip. 

Just so you don't feel entirely left out of the loop for the ten days I'll be gone, I do have some comics (some, not one for every day I'll be gone, but some) in reserve and I will try to get someone to put them up for you to see.  If this doesn't work out, I will let you know.

I'll be back and raring to go on the fifteenth, full of many wild and wonderful stories to tell you (I may even try to set up some sort of "vacation news" section that I'll update while on the trip).  See you then!  : )
