Leader's Camp 2002

TS Adelaide - Leader's Camp

The Leader's Camp was held from 12 to the 14 of April 2002.

During the weekend we did a variety of activities such as classes learning about communication, rope tying and cooking.   We also did a variety of trust games in groups.   One of the trust games involved us to be blind folded and then put in a room where you had to then find the person you were originally holding hands with, without talking.   Another trust game was one person stood in the middle of a circle and fell to the outside where the people would catch them.   My favourite activity was the evolution where you were put into groups of three, given a specific area and time to try and find an everyday item that had a bomb written on it.   Every team was successful in finding the bomb with only 30 seconds to go.   One the Saturday night the Leaders had organised a great quiz night with common knowledge questions and music questions.   At the end of the night we had a winner which was the staff team but we all still got chocolates.   At the end of the weekend they had a presentation with Best Cadet and Best Division and the winners were given a box of chocolates and a Certificate.   

Overall I think the Camp was a great success and the Leaders did a great job.
