James Hubbard and Sara Jane (Russell) Dupy and Descendants

    Mary Ellen Dupy was born on July 11, 1875 at Lowder, Sangamon county, Illinois and died on December 23, 1971 at Virden, Macoupin county, Illinois.  She married Elbert Case, son of Loron and Mary (Sterling) Case, on February 9, 1898.  He was born on January 20, 1877 in Montgomery county, Illinois and died on August 20, 1921 in Bois D'Arc Township, Montgomery county, Illinois.  Both Mary Ellen and Elbert Case are buried at the Brush Creek Cemetery in Sangamon county, Illinois.  Mary Ellen and Elbert Case had two children, Bonnie Faye Case, born on August 31, 1904 at Pawnee, Sangamon county, Illinois and she died on September 30, 1967 at Culver City, California.  She was married twice, first to Victor McClashen and secondly to John Bassett.  The second child of Mary Ellen and Elbert Case was Elmer Robert Case who was born on November 24, 1906 at Montgomery county, Illinois.  He married Marion W. Martin in 1930 at Chicago, Cook county, Illinois.  She was born on August 14, 1904 at Overton, Lancashire, Scotland.  Elmer Robert and Marion Case had three children, Madelyn Elaine Case, Don Martin Case, and James Elbert Case

     Charles Otis Dupy, the third child of James Hubbard and Sara (Russell) Dupy was born in May of 1882 at Lowder, Macoupin county, Illinois and died on December 21, 1936 at South Bend, Indiana.  He married Olive Watt who was born at Divernon, Sangamon county, Illinois and died in California.  They had three children, Violet Eloise Dupy who married an Mr. Dudley; Audrey Lee Dupy who was born in 1901 at Chicago, Cook county, Illinois  and married Henry W. Johnson on September 2, 1922.  He was born on June 3, 1895 at Chicago, Cook county, Illinois. Their third child was Willard Grant Dupy who was born on September 28, 1904 and died on October 3, 1968 at South Bend, St. Joseph county, Indiana.  He married Anna Veronica Vargo and she was born on May 22, 1911 and died on November 11, 1996 in Mishawaka, St. Joseph county, Indiana.  Willard and Anna had one child, Barbara Ann Dupy.
