Wallpaper Rotator is a generic and temporary name for this program which rotates the wallpaper on one's desktop. Currently, this program is not publically released. It is merely just a program which I created for personal use, and am contemplating on whether or not I should make appropriate changes to the program to allow it to be suited for public use. (Some of the information, such as where my desktop wallpapers are located, is hard-coded.)

Features as of version 2.6:
:: Wallpaper is rotated manually by the user.. all the user has to do is click on the icon.
:: Wallpaper is updated the next time Explorer updates the desktop. (When logging back in, starting up the PC, or when Windows crashes. =P)
:: Ability to choose the next wallpaper or have the program selet one randomly.
:: The option to see what the next wallpaper will be.
:: Automatic conversion from .jpg to .bmp for those who do not like to have Active Desktop turned on. (The original .jpg file is still preserved.)
:: Support for .bmp and .jpg files. (All other formats can be supported but currently are not because of limited support for the image preview.)
:: Image preview for .bmp and .jpg files.
