| These three pictures were taken at Namo Bridge February 26, 1968. Don Grathwell was the winner in this little match. The loser was Pfc. Alan Floyd of Atlanta, Georga. Alan was killed two days later in this area. Don Grathwell told me that he was wounded by a booby-trap. The wound didn't seem that serious, then he just died. |

| Filling sandbags. Looking at this picture got me to thinking about sandbags. For all the hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of them I must have seen in Vietnam I only actually saw a relatively small number actually being filled. Guess they must have a fairly long life. |
