Instinct and Programming.
Imagine a place where all you could see is light. Then imagine a place where there is no light. This may be hard to grasp, but then try to imagine a place where you can no longer "see". That is, you no longer have eyes or any method of which to depict visual surroundings in a three-dimensional landscape.
Instead of this, your sight is replaced by instinct. Imagine experiencing a day of your life with a blindfold covering your face every minute of that day. Sure you would be unproductive, you wouldn't be able to see yourself making type-o's when typing at your computer. But if you were able to download everything from your day directly into your brain you would be able to type without error (see *1 below). This is the way some species of animals and insects work.
Take for example the earthworm. The earthworm can do its job like clockwork. Pretty routine to live a day in the life of an earthworm. Have you ever seen earthworms crawl out onto pavement during a rainstorm?? The earthworms would drown if they didn't have the sense (instinct) to crawl up and out of the earth. Now that you've thought about the earthworm's typical day of eating and filtering the earth, you may be ready for the kicker. The earthworm has no eyes. It lives on pure instinct. And that instinct it has derived from years of programming through experience.
Instinct, by classical definitions, has been attributed to everything from acts of God to simple catch phrases. Some would say, "I was able to throw the ball to my friend because I have learned to throw, or I have instinct." But the fact of the matter is, you were programmed on how to throw. Don't be worried if you don't understand programming. You still have instinct.
For thousands of years, maybe even hundreds of thousands, all life on earth has been living their lives. Some animals, like cats, have been on this earth for hundreds of thousands of years. Over the years, the cat has developed larger fangs; some species like tigers have grown in size and have evolved quicker reflexes. My point here is that everything is programmed to be the way it is.
When I was born, I was affected by the diseases crupe and jondis. Jondis made my skin yellow. What Jondis does is prevents the bowels from processing food correctly. Bile was circulating through my body instead of me just excreting it out. I was healthy, thankfully, and made it through these diseases. I often try and imagine the feelings my parents had about me when I was born. Oh well, when I have kids...
My point is that in my infancy I had little control over my body. Now I am capable of slowing down my heart, regulating my breathing, slowing down and speeding up my thoughts, snapping my fingers and a whole list of intricacies. I have, in my lifetime, been able to program myself to read, write, type, talk, walk, think, and the list goes on.
Programming through experience is easy to do. Picture eating with a fork. When we first learn to eat with utensils we have to learn how to scrape food onto the fork, raise it to our mouth, chew and swallow. This is programming. When we learn to eat, we are using an instinctual cognitive process. This learning process applies onto all things we do.
Is reality "virtual"??
In modern day computer games, there is often a virtual three-dimensional playing field where the game takes place. My argument is that this three-dimensional space is not far from our world. Everything on earth can be represented digitally. Everything from emotions to clouds to food. My guess is that the entire world will be able to be fit into a single cell in a thousand years.
This brings me to another conclusion. What if every single atom contained the entire universe inside of it. This would mean that, we have one billion multifold universes inside each and every one of us. At the moment of death, it is commonly believed around the world that the spirit takes up to flight. If there are a billion lifetimes in each of us, as I believe there are, then at this moment of death we live a life for each living cell in us. Some people would perhaps prefer to live what would seem an eternity. But others, who know the truth, would know that transmigration occurs in this sequence of lives at death and we are able to live the lives of multiple creatures at once.
If the world is a virtual playground for us to play in, then we truly are free to do whatever we want. But we don't. Instinct drives us to do what we do, but often our dreams supercede our lifetimes. Many would wish to be psychic, but do not have the knowledge to lead them to actually tap into their psyche. In another universe, which is contained super-microscopically inside everyone, we are able to read thoughts like a book. It is possible to tap into this universe by becoming aware that every cell in our body contains a universe where people are psychic.
For thousands of years, people have been gazing up at the heavens in search of answers. But it took thousands of years to find out reality. The stars are huge balls of matter spewing out energy and pulsing with things that we have not come to understand yet. The reality is, that the stars and the cosmos are all giant beings but this is all relative. If we were to shrink the cosmos and put it into the tip of a ballpoint pen, we would see that the stars are simply small points of light. This is where quantum theory comes into play. If we take the world that contains our universe and put it into something equally complicated, like a quark, we would see that relative to the cosmos, our world is only a tiny speck.
Now imagine a place where there are an infinite number of different universes, each with an earth, and each with a more than a trillion stars. It is hard to imagine, but there IS something bigger than the universe. In order for our universe to exist at all, there must be another universe which contains our universe. This means that the cycle of big gets infinitely bigger the further out you go. This is the same for small. The closer you get to the center of something, the smaller you can go. Einstein said that it was impossible to occupy the same space as another object. You can only get closer to the object by half, then by half again, and so on. Small goes on till infinitely tiny, and big goes on until infinitely immense.
Neutrinos, which are an invisible layer of matter, float in straight lines and go through all
-instinct = programming,
-the world in a single thought, alien lifeform develops all life on earth from a single strand of DNA.
Where do bugs go in Winter??
Noone seems to want to tackle this meanwhile I endeavour to. Bugs are marvelous creatures. Take the housefly as an example. The housefly has several eyes, not just two like other creatures. The fly has a wide field of vision, because its eyes are on either side of its head.
Theory of Time Travel:
What makes time travel so difficult is relativity. If we were to take a frame of reference of the whole universe, then the earth is moving very fast by revolving around the Sun, and the Sun and our galaxy are revolving fast around the center of the universe.
If I were able to pick any spot in space time, I would be hard pressed to be able to go to that particular spot in space-time. For example. If I were to pick a time, maybe even 'now' for example. The reference of 'now', points to a particular spot in space-time. I was located at a particular spot in the universe at the moment now. Now I pick another time, for example, 'five minutes from now'. Now if we take our relativity reference point of 'now' and compare it to 'five minutes from now', we would see that their location in the cosmos is totally different. 'Now' may be located in one spot, but if five minutes passes, then the position 'five minutes from now' is located in a completely different time and position from 'now'.
Now in light of what I just discussed, it makes a complication for space-time travel. If I were able to jump from time to time, I would also be required to jump from place to place.
Let's take another example. Right now, as I am writing this sentence, I am sitting in a chair at a particular location. Five minutes ago I was sitting in the same location. But this is all assuming that my frame of reference is the earth. If we take a frame of reference of the universe, then in the five minutes that passed, I have literally travelled across the universe.
In the picture below, the red dot represents the earth's location relative to the universe. Notice that the location relative to space-time is actually at a different position.
1. 'Now'
2. 'Five minutes from now'
Errata:
(*1) - As interesting as it sounds, being able to download a day has a lot of hitches. Take these two examples (*1a) and (*1b):
(*1a)Imagine that you are able to go back in time exactly one day. Imagine living today all over again. Sure it would become repetitive, but you still would not be able to recall everything. You may remember something like what you ate for lunch, or perhaps even remember parts of what your friends told you that day. Even if you could remember everything, you would not be able to work with it efficiently. You would be stuck making some of the same decisions, and would still end up in your bed that night.
(*1b)The second hitch is that even as the knowledge of yesterday helped us through that day, we still have new obstacles to face today. Even if you could know everything about yourself for one day you would be hardly capable of keeping up with yourself. Events would happen and trigger memory but you would still have to make decisions and actions on your own.

someone please tell me I'm not in purgatory...
