Sitting in the chairs on the porch are Ned(Edward) Davis and wife Julia Ann Davis. Harriet Davis Way is standing behind Julia Ann Davis. Harriet was the wife of William Way. The lady behind Ned Davis is thought to be Harriet Davis Way's sister perhaps. The gentleman standing on ground on viewer's right of porch is Harriet's husband William Way, Sue Schaeffer's g grandfather, Civil War 115 A IL Infantry. Just to viewer's left of William Way is Lenora Way sitting on porch. Just to viewer's right of William Way is Lena Malinda Way, Sue Schaeffer's grandmother, who later married Jacob Davis grandson of James B Davis. His mother and father were Richard Lee Davis and Elizabeth Buck. The remaining family on the porch are not identified. The young man and woman on viewer's left, standing on ground are John Way and a cousin. John Way is Lena and Lenora's brother.
