Grover Roberts, brother of Sarah A. Roberts(Davis)
Grover Roberts was the brother of Sarah A Davis(Roberts) our Great Grandmother and the son of Jacob Riley Roberts.

I do not know where or when the photo was taken but perhaps near the Elbert Texas community in Throckmorton County perhaps or Navarro County.

The photo was in my mom's photo collection that I scanned in.
