Hi was searching the net and stumble on to your site. We are the descedents of Henry Calvin Jennings. My Grandmother Ina Mae Jennings Huchingson is the last of his children that is still alive we just had a family gathering celebrating her 95th at Ferndale FL in the school house that she attended so many years ago. She glance at some of your pic on line and recognize a few from her childhood. Would love to talk more but have to head off to work Ina Pennie Smith

This is a pic of Henry Calvin Jennings & his wife Mary Jane Blackburn Jennings it was taken probable in 1938. He was a Baptist preacher in Ferndale FL and also the first Post Master there. Music was and is still a big part of our family. From the stories that my Grandmother Ina Mae has told me to earn extra money he would go around to neighbors houses and give piano organ and voice lesson at night. Shortly after this pic was taken Mary Jane was killed by a hit and run driver. The date was 5-29-1939
